Suggested Uses

  • Used in aromatherapy to help remove accumulated waste products via the kidneys, skin and mucous membranes.
  • Add 35 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application.
  • Add 5 - 8 drops to a full bath, and swish to disperse.
  • Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage feeling restored and refreshed.
