How to Use

Suggested Uses

Recommended use: Used in aromatherapy to help remove accumulated waste products via the kidneys, skin and mucous membranes.

Directions:

  • Add 35 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application.
  • Adults: Add 13- 20 drops to a bowl of steaming water/ facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5 – 10 minutes.
  • Adults: Add 5-8 drops to a full bath. Scatter the drops of the essential oil into a full bath and swish the water gently so that the oil forms a film on the top of it. Alternatively, mix the essential oil with the same amount of shampoo before adding it to the bath.

For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek urgent medical attention, or contact a Poison Control Center. This product is for external use only. Do not take orally. Do not use essential oils undiluted. If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause allergic reaction (e.g., skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitis) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid exposure of applied areas to the sun. Avoid with kidney disease. This essential oil is phototoxic, do not expose the applied areas to the sun within 3-4 days after application.
