Saje offers free standard shipping on all orders that are $60 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $60, there is a delivery charge of $6.99 for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is $18 for all orders. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. For standard orders, your total order delivery time will take between 1-5 business days, depending on the final delivery destination. Expedited shipping is not available during free shipping events. For expedited shipping, your total order delivery time will be between 1-3 business days (depending on the method of shipment and final delivery destination). Your shipping address must be in Canada.

Please note we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to P.O. Boxes, rural postal codes or Territories.

Canada Post Strike Update

For remote addresses and PO Boxes impacted by the Canada Post Strike - we’ve got you covered.  All other addresses are not impacted by the Canada Post Strike.

  • For remote addresses: We will be sending all orders with FedEx and their delivery partners at no additional cost to you. You can also ship to a FedEx pick-up location and enter the FedEx pickup location in checkout. You can find all FedEx pickup locations here.
  • For PO Boxes: FedEx is unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide an alternate delivery address or ship to a FedEx pick-up location and enter the FedEx pickup location in checkout. You can find all FedEx pickup locations here.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information if you have a saje.com account. Log in to My Account and select Order History & Tracking to find out the status of your order. Return Policy

If your purchase was made in store, a refund can be issued in the form of store credit via an e-gift card. Simply contact our Customer Experience team by phone at 1 (877) ASK-SAJE (1-877-275-7253) or email us.

If your purchase was made online, we can offer a refund onto your original method of payment or store credit via an e-gift card. Our Diffuser Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our diffusers and will take back any unit that is no longer functional. Bring it into any location or connect with our Customer Experience team, and we will happily repair or exchange it — it’s our lifetime efficacy guarantee. In order to protect the environment and reduce waste, we do not accept returns on previously used functional units.

Our Formulation Guarantee

Our commitment is to provide the highest quality 100% natural products in the world. If something isn’t working for you, we want to make it right. Formulations that do not take care of your wellness needs can be refunded with the original receipt. Without receipt, we will happily exchange your item for an alternative blend that better supports your wellness or issue a gift card.

Exchanges

Please bring the product and the receipt to your local Saje location for exchange. If you do not live near a Saje store, simply contact our Customer Experience team by phone at 1 (877) ASK-SAJE (1-877-275-7253) or email us, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your free return. Once the product has been received at our warehouse, we will issue you store credit onto an e-gift card.
