Please allow 1-3 business days to process and pack your orders. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Express Shipping	$18	1–3 business days P.O. Boxes and remote areas are excluded.

*Note: Hand Sanitizer and select Home Cleaning products are only eligible for ground shipping.

Returns

New or gently used formulations that do not support your wellness needs can be refunded with the original receipt within 30 days of in-store purchase or within 30 days of delivery for online orders. To help reduce waste, we do not accept returns on previously used functional diffusers.

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment or as store credit via e-gift card. To start a return, contact our Customer Experience team by phone at 1-877-275-7253 or Email Us.
