"I don't like it all. The mist isn't enough to make the room smell of the scent . It doesn't run for very long. The color and sound isn't that great. The diffuser is not worth the high price I paid. I would like to return it for one that has longer misting time ."

"I love the size of the unit. It fits conveniently almost anywhere. It has a good stream of mist and it has chiming sounds that can be turned on. It also has different colors to help with your sleep All the effects with your choice of scent allows for a calming atmosphere to rest."

Disappointing

"I have had several diffusers from Sage. This one is a huge disappointment and not worth the money. I can't smell the essential oils, despite putting in 10 or more drops. The sound effects are do quiet that I don't even bother with them. Don't bother purchasing this one."

Very minimal sound

"Unfortunately this diffuser didn’t work out for me. I am an RMT and bought it for my clinic because of the music feature, I could barely hear it. I went to the store to return it and they wouldn’t return it because I put water (only) in it to try it. Normally I purchase from Saje because they are a Canadian company that stands behind their products, so I wasn’t very happy about this."

Disappointed

"I tried to return this item as the sound was so faint you could not hear it. I took back to polo park location and they would not return it. I immediately phoned customer service from the store and they were 0 help! I was told I would hear from store manger to discuss further. I was told by customer service that the store could give me a credit note instead of cash back but that would have to be at the store managers discretion. I was then told by customer service they would follow up with an email to see what the outcome was. I have never heard back from either the Polo Park store manager or customer service! So disappointed as I have been a loyal customer for many years! Will no longer support this store as to how they handled this situation"

Disappointing product, terrible return policy

"Total disappointment. The Aroma Tidal sound system is extremely low, even at the highest volume, I could barely hear it. Avoid it unless you plan to use it in a completely quiet, soundproof room with absolutely no background noise. What made the experience worse was the customer service and return policy at the Coquitlam Centre location. The manager put their ear right beside the diffuser and insisted it was “working,” making it non-returnable. Very unprofessional and not a polite customer service experience. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and loved the essential oils, but after this experience, I’ve decided to stop buying from Saje."
