Suggested Uses

Recommended use: Used topically in aromatherapy to alleviate symptoms of mild anxiety such as restlessness and nervousness by inducing relaxation. 

Recommended dose and duration of use: Adults: Apply 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) topically to skin once per day or add 5 ml (1 teaspoon) to a full bath as needed; swish the water gently so that the oil forms a film on top of the water. Use caution getting into and out of the bath as it may be slippery. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have broken, irritated or sensitive skin, do not use this product. If you experience nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction, discontinue use. Avoid exposure of applied area(s) to the sun for 24-48 hours. For prolonged use or if symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.
