Suggested Uses

Recommended use: Used topically in aromatherapy for symptomatic relief of minor respiratory conditions and to promote relaxation for deeper sleep. 

Recommended dose: Adults: Apply 1-5 drops to soles of feet and 2 drops to sinus area and under nose, once at bedtime. 

Duration of use: For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek urgent medical attention or contact a poison control centre. This product is for external use only. Do not take orally. Do not use essential oil undiluted. If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitis) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid exposure of applied areas to the sun. Avoid with low blood pressure.

Completely Ineffective for Snoring

"Unfortunately, this product did not help with snoring at all. I purchased the Saje Snoring Remedy Essential Oil hoping it would reduce or relieve snoring, but after consistent use, I noticed no difference whatsoever. The scent itself is fine, but in terms of effectiveness for snoring, it did not work for me. I was disappointed given the price and expectations."
