Suggested Uses

  • Adults: Take 10–15 drops (1 drop = 0.04 ml) as needed.
  • Add to a room diffuser according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  • For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
  • Our diffuser blends are compatible with all ultrasonic diffusers.

Stress Release: Used in aromatherapy by inhalation to alleviate symptoms of mild anxiety such as restlessness and nervousness by inducing relaxation.

Stress Release: Do not use orally or pregnant/breastfeeding or on eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse with vegetable oil. Ask a health care practitioner before use if epileptic. Stop use and ask a health care practitioner for prolonged use or if symptoms persist or worsen. Keep out of reach of children. Read package insert for complete warnings before use.

HOW TO STORE: For best results, store all essential oil-based products in a cool, dry area away from direct heat, light and exposure to oxygen.
