Suggested Uses

  • Gently roll the Relax-O-Ring up and down each finger as desired.
  • We suggest massaging each finger for 5-10 minutes to help create a feeling of peacefulness and relaxation.
  • Do what works best for you: everyone is unique, so adjust time, pressure and which fingers the ring feels best on according to your preference.

"Unfortunately it broke after the third use. It is not permanently connected but rather the ends are designed to twist into each other. So I was able to “fix” it but after another few uses it comes undone again. I find this to be a bit of a design flaw and makes for an inconvenient experience rather than relaxing."
