Suggested Uses
- Energy Roll-On: roll into the palm of your hands, rub them together and cup over your nose and mouth, taking several deep inhales through your nose.
- Acupressure Mat: gently step one foot onto the mat and ease your other foot onto the mat beside it. Gradually increase or decrease the pressure as needed by gently pressing into your heels, the sides and balls of your feet to massage each contact point.
- Tingle Feet: twist up and apply to rough and cracked feet as required. Use soft pressure for a lighter application and firmer pressure for a heavier application. For added benefit, put on socks after applying. Only apply balm after using reflexology mat.

Recommended dose: Adults: Add 15-25 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application. Start with the lower dosage and increase if well tolerated and if symptoms persist.Duration of use: For occasional use only.Risk information: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitis) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. This product is phototoxic; do not expose the applied area to the sun within 3-4 days of application. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use on inflamed skin or dermatitis.
ACUPRESSURE MAT
Warnings: keep out of reach of children, except under adult supervision. Do not use with a foot injury or with broken/damaged skin on soles of the feet. Do not step on the reflexology mat with the entire body weight on first try. Gently ease onto it by supporting your weight against a stable surface or while sitting on a chair. do not use mat on uneven surfaces.
