How to Use

Suggested Uses

Used topically in aromatherapy to help relieve headaches.

To refill your 10ml remedy roll-on:

  1. Remove cap and rollerball.
  2. Pour in the refill.
  3. Reattach rollerball.
  4. Secure and shake.

  • Adults: Dilute with carrier oil and apply to areas of tension.
  • Add 4–12 drops 
to a bowl of steaming water. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.

*Dilution recommended. See packaging instructions below.

Duration of use: For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

"Used as a handy once-in-a-blue-moon remedy for headaches / migraines - one little 6ml bottle from their kits lasts a long time! Note: Expiry dates are typically 1. 5 to 2 years upon purchase. Since experiencing chronic / reoccurring headaches after an accident, I have switched to the 10mL bottle and its been a natural lifesaver. Now on my fifth bottle. Best oil for stinky situations:)

"Tab was open on protector case and it had leaked . fir almost 40 bucks I had to throw it away crack on bottom . I’m 70 years old, that was quite a wastei luv this product for my headaches , this time it was the headache , I tried to ssl age what was left and put in my other roller bottle , I made a mess and lost most of it.
