How to Use

Suggested Uses

Used topically in aromatherapy to help relieve headaches.

To refill your 10ml remedy roll-on:

  1. Remove cap and rollerball.
  2. Pour in the refill.
  3. Reattach rollerball.
  4. Secure and shake.

  • Adults: Dilute with carrier oil and apply to areas of tension.
  • Add 4–12 drops 
to a bowl of steaming water. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.

*Dilution recommended. See packaging instructions below.

Duration of use: For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause an allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, dermatitis) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid exposure of applied areas to the sun. Avoid with high or low blood pressure. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
