How to Use

Suggested Uses

Adults:

  • Add 5-20 drops to 20 ml of carrier oil for massage.
  • Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes.
  • For diffusing, add 10-15 drops to diffuser.
  • For skin care, add 1 drop to 10 ml carrier oil.
  • Start with lowest number of drops; increase as desired.
  • Our diffuser blends are compatible with all ultrasonic diffusers
