SOLACE ROLL-ON
Recommended use: Used topically in aromatherapy to help reduce the effects of hot flushes.
Recommended dose: Adults: At the first sign of hot flushes, add 40-100 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application to the throat, back of neck and chest. Start with the lower dosage and increase if well tolerated and if symptoms persist.
Duration of use: For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
PERIOD ROLL-ON
Recommended use: Used topically in aromatherapy to help reduce pain associated with menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea), as a nervine/calmative, and to help relieve headaches.
Recommended dose: Adults: Mix 125 drops (5 ml) of essential oil in 10 ml of carrier oil. Apply topically on to lower abdomen, lower back and inner thighs.
Duration of use: For relief of pain associated with menstrual cramps, apply 2 ml of the diluted product to the abdomen area and massage in a circular motion for 15 minutes, without creating pressure. Apply to affected area up to 3 times per day.
GODDESS ROLL-ON
Recommended use: Apply to all pulse points: behind ears, along sides of neck, wrists and elbow creases. Do a Saje Breath: apply to your palms, rub them together, and cup your hands over your nose for several deep breaths.

If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitis) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. This product contains grapefruit essential oil which is phototoxic; do not expose the applied areas to the sun within 3-4 days of application. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use, or if symptoms persist or worsen.

If you experience nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction, discontinue use. Not for oral use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use essential oils undiluted. For occasional use only.
