Disappointing product, terrible return policy

"Total disappointment. The Aroma Tidal sound system is extremely low, even at the highest volume, I could barely hear it. Avoid it unless you plan to use it in a completely quiet, soundproof room with absolutely no background noise. What made the experience worse was the customer service and return policy at the Coquitlam Centre location. The manager put their ear right beside the diffuser and insisted it was “working,” making it non-returnable. Very unprofessional and not a polite customer service experience. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and loved the essential oils, but after this experience, I’ve decided to stop buying from Saje."

Excellent diffuser

"Bought this diffuser for my wife as a gift along with Flow State blended oil and it works very well. There are three diffuser settings which can allow the unit to function from 2 hours all the way to 8. 8 is perfect for it to function all day or all night. There is a light integrated which my wife loves because she can see at night when she wakes up giving her a sense of where the furniture is and never snubbing her toes. Although there is a built in speaker with predetermined sounds, we haven’t used them yet but will once we start travelling this summer"

"Love the lights, only i find the sounds too loud. . . even at the lowest. . . sound setting not easy to adjust. Use it most nights however sadly I don't use the sounds every night and that was 1 thing I was looking forward to."

Loud to be considered a sleep diffuser

"Enjoy all the features although when diffusing there is a loud water dripping nose. The product says that it is “whisper quiet” but I could hear the diffuser over the white noise setting. Would give it at a 5 but it is noisy."
