Suggested Uses

  • Fill the water tank, being mindful to not exceed the 'max fill' line; exceeding the 'max fill' line may result in your diffuser working improperly 
  • Add 10-15 drops of your preferred Saje diffuser blend, according to your preference 
  • Replace the inner and outer covers, press the diffuser's 'on' button and breathe in the benefits of nature.

NOTE: We suggest to always start with the lowest recommended number of drops and add as desired. Always read the instruction manual and diffuser blend label for full operating instructions, cautions, care and maintenance information.

Diffuser stopped working in less than 2 years

"I liked the look of the diffuser, but I'm disappointed that it didn't last long for me compared to my last difuser (which is over 5 years old and still working). I tried cleaning it many times and it doesn't function properly as it used to. I really wanted to like this diffuser, but the moment the ceramic part of it broke after a year. I lost my love for it :("

Lovely look and design but not enough scent

"Nice look and design, easy to use. I'm not sure if it is the diffuser or the scents but the scent doesn't fill the room or last long. I've increased the number of drops but still can't smell the scent after the first 10 or 20 minutes, even when I'm right by the diffuser. I was hoping to notice the scent in the room more."
