Canada Post Strike Update: In anticipation of a Canada Post strike, we’ve got you covered. We are shipping all eligible orders with FedEx, starting immediately.
For rural addresses and PO boxes that FedEx cannot deliver to, we will continue to use Canada Post until the strike notice is issued. Please provide an alternate delivery address or ship to a FedEx pick-up location, if you would like to use FedEx. You can find all FedEx pickup locations here.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.

Saje offers free standard shipping on all orders that are $60 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $60, there is a delivery charge of $6.99 for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is $18 for all orders. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. For standard orders, your total order delivery time will take between 1-5 business days, depending on the final delivery destination. Expedited shipping is not available during free shipping events. For expedited shipping, your total order delivery time will be between 1-3 business days (depending on the method of shipment and final delivery destination). Your shipping address must be in Canada.
Please note we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to P.O. Boxes, rural postal codes or Territories.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information if you have a saje.com account. Log in to My Account and select Order History & Tracking to find out the status of your order. Return Policy
New or gently used formulations that do not support your wellness needs can be refunded with the original receipt within 30 days of in-store purchase or within 30 days of delivery for online orders. To help reduce waste, we do not accept returns on previously used functional Diffusers.
If your purchase was made online, we can refund to your original method of payment or offer store credit via e-gift card.
For in-store purchases, we will refund to your original payment method with a receipt. Please note that e-gift cards can be used both online and in store.

Our Diffuser Guarantee
We put great care into the design, fabrication and quality of our diffusers. Should yours malfunction or not meet your space-care needs, we’ll remedy it.
With the original receipt, we’ll refund, exchange or repair your diffuser within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, our Diffuser Guarantee still has you covered. If issues arise from normal use, we’ll repair it, replace it with the same diffuser, or issue a gift card for its original value. To help reduce waste, we do not accept returns on previously used functional units.
If your diffuser isn’t working, bring it to a retail location or contact our Consumer Experience team at 1-877-ASK-SAJE (1-877-275-7253) or email us. Cosmetic damage, misuse, modifications or accidents are not covered under our Diffuser Guarantee.
Formulation Guarantee
If you’re not happy with any blend, remedy or formulation, we’ll make it right. Return any new or slightly used Saje product with the original receipt, within 30 days of your in-store purchase or within 30 days of receiving your online order, and we’ll gladly refund or exchange your purchase
Exchanges
Please bring the product and your receipt to your local Saje location within 30 days of purchase for an exchange.
If you do not live near a Saje store, contact our Customer Experience team by phone at 1 877 ASK SAJE (1 877 275 7253) or by email. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your free return. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will issue store credit via e-gift card.
