Had been tampered with when it arrived

"This advent calendar was unfortunately, a huge disappointment. I was really looking forward to it, but when it arrived, it looked like it had been tampered with. The passive hanging diffuser broke immediately as I was taking it out of the box which makes me think it was defective. The box that the massage tool (shiatsu star) was in was all broken and ripped, it looked like somebody had taken it out previously. The seals were broken on most of the essential oil blends. So unfortunately, because it had been tempered with, I don’t feel comfortable using it because I don’t know if there’s something wrong with it."

Not Impressed

"I ordered this item on October 6. Received a note on October 16 stating order had been delivered. Responded to you on October 16th, stating I had not received this order and asking for help. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive an acknowledgment nor a reply. I still do not have this order. I expected better service from Saje"
