Recommended use: Used topically in aromatherapy to help relieve muscular aches, tenseness and stiffness.

Recommended dose and duration of use:

  • Adults: Add 10ml (2 teaspoons) to a full bath and swish the water gently so that the salts dissolve and disperse throughout the water.
  • For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Risk Information: Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek urgent medical attention or contact a poison control centre. This product is for external use only. Do not take orally. If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitis) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid exposure of applied areas to the sun. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use, or if symptoms persist or worsen.

HOW TO STORE: For best results, store all essential oil-based products in a cool, dry area away from direct heat, light and exposure to oxygen.
