How to Use

Suggested Uses

  • Adults: add 5 drops to 10ml of a carrier oil of your choice (like fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil) for local application
  • Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes
  • Add 5-10 drops to your diffuser of choice; add additional drops as desired
  • For massage, add 5 drops to 20ml of carrier oil
  • For skincare, add 5 drop to 10ml of carrier oil
  • Licensed uses for ylang ylang essential oil:
  • Used in aromatherapy as a sedative and nervine to help relieve nervousness, restlessness and symptoms related to Premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Used in aromatherapy to help balance sebum production and relieve acne.
    Start with lowest number of drops; increase as desired
