Suggested Uses

Recommended Use: Used in aromatherapy to alleviate symptoms of mild anxiety such as restlessness and nervousness by inducing relaxation.

  • Adults: With eyes and mouth closed, mist 3-5 pumps above head as desired while inhaling deeply through the nose
  • Always shake any mist product well before use

Packaging Information

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center. This product is for external use only. Do not take orally. If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant and breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use, or if symptoms persist or worsen. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitus) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. This product contains essential oils which are phototoxic; do not expose the applied areas to the sun within 3 to 4 days after application.

HOW TO STORE: For best results, store all essential oil-based products in a cool, dry area away from direct heat, light and exposure to oxygen.
