"I can't take melatonin so this behind my neck before bed has proven very effective! The days I forget I toss and turn (pre and now menopause) this stuff works fantastically! Hubby and I are both allergic to scents and all of these saje products are fantastic and we don't react to any of them so far so that is sooooo great. They are affordable.
