How to Use

Suggested Uses

  • Refill your roll-on up to 3 times
  • Used in aromatherapy as a relaxant to help promote restful sleep. Roll along the wrists, throat, temples and other pulse points as desired.
  • Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to set the tone for rest
  • We suggest applying 20-30 minutes before you intend to get into bed, allowing the product to help create a sense of peacefulness and calm prior to sleep

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek urgent medical attention or contact a poison control centre. This product is for external use only. Do not take orally. Do not use essential oils undiluted. If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitis) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid exposure of applied areas to the sun.

Sleep well, Extra strength pain release

"I have been buying these porducts and having them delivered to my home mainly because I'm i'm in a wheelchair now. I find the extra strength. pain release is the only thing that helps with my arthritic joint,I'm still waiting for surgery. To sleep I put sleep well on,at least a couple times at night, because I don't sleep well with the Pain in my joints. I'd recommend both these products highly."
