Suggested Uses

  • SLEEP WELL BATH SALT SOAK: Add 2-5 tablespoons to a full bath as desired. We suggest adding salts once you're ready to get in the tub, so the beneficial properties of the essential oils are not lost as they evaporate. We suggest a 20-30 minute soak for full restorative benefits
  • SLEEP WELL BODY BUTTER: Apply to skin before bedtime as desired. We suggest applying generously after bathing or showering for nourished and hydrated skin. Once opened, we recommend this product be used within 6-8 months.
  • SLEEP WELL ROLL-ON: Roll along the wrists, throat, temples and other pulse points as desired. Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to set the tone for rest. We suggest applying 20-30 minutes before you intend to get into bed, allowing the product to help create a sense of peacefulness and calm prior to sleep.
