Suggested Uses

Peppermint Halo®:

• Use: Used in aromatherapy to help relieve headaches. 
• Directions: Adults: Topical roll on: Dilute by adding 20 drops into a separate vessel of 10 ml carrier oil (e.g. jojoba oil). Apply locally and rub until absorbed, 1–3 times per day. Avoid mucous membranes. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner. 

Dermedial™ Anti-Itch+Calming Oat Stick:

• Recommended use: Temporarily protects and helps relieve minor skin irritation and itching due to rashes, eczema, poison ivy/oak/sumac, and insect bites. 
• Directions: Children 2 years and older and adults: Apply to affected area as needed. 

Dermedial™ Anti-Ouch+Arnica Bump & Bruise Balm:

• Recommended use: Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve pain and/or inflammation in muscles and joints (such as sprains, bruises and joint pain). 
• Recommended dose and duration of use: Adults: Apply 5 ml up to 3 times per day for 48 hours, take 24 hours off, repeat this cycle as needed. For prolonged use, consult a healthcare practitioner.

Stop use if nausea, dizziness, or skin irritation is experienced. Consult a health practitioner • if symptoms persist or worsen. • if you have asthma. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Centre.

Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or last for more than 7 days. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away.
