Suggested Uses
LIQUID SUNSHINE
- For adults 18 and over: Apply to all pulse points: behind ears, along neck, wrists, and elbow creases.
- Apply to palms, rub together, then cup hands over nose and mouth and breathe deeply.
ENERGY
- Used topically in aromatherapy to help reduce tension and mental fatigue.
- Recommended dose: Adults: Add 15-25 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application. Start with the lower dosage and increase if well tolerated and if symptoms persist.
Duration of use: For occasional use only.
