RECOMMENDED USE
Used in aromatherapy as a relaxant to help promote restful sleep.
DIRECTIONS
Adults: Add 25 drops to 10 ml carrier for local application to wrist, throat, temples, and pulse points before bedtime.
Adults: Add 3–5 drops to a full bath. Scatter the drops of the essential oil into a full bath and swish the water gently so that the oil forms a film on the top of it. Alternatively, mix the essential oil with the same amount of shampoo before adding it to the bath. Take the bath before bedtime. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
WARNINGS
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek urgent medical attention or contact a poison control centre. This product is for external use only. Do not take orally. Do not use essential oils undiluted. If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitis) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid exposure of applied areas to the sun.
