"I remember in previous years this bag was free with any purchase. It blows my mind that I spend $200 in store on a diffuser, and oil set, and not only did the sales representative NOT tell me the cost of the bag, but I come to find out after my transaction has been processed that the bag ai thought was free cost me $4???? I had asked the sales representative why I wasnt told about the charge, she just said sorry embarassly. Not acceptable."
