Waterless essential oil

"Sadly, I was recommended this as it was a safe essential oil blend for pets and toddlers for sales representative not realizing that you had to have a special diffuser for this product so I was unable to use it probably my bad cause I should’ve asked is it for normal diffusers and I should’ve spotted the waterless label and never really understood what that meant. So I do have essential oil that I cannot use. But I do love all your sage, single notes and blend it, and I have used them for many many many years and I will continue, it’s just this particular one. I cannot use cause I cannot diffuse."
