How to Use

Suggested Uses

  • Refill your roll-on up to 3 times
  • Used in aromatherapy to help sooth the effects of stomach discomfort and support healthy digestive function.
  • Apply directly onto stomach as desired and gently massage
  • You may also roll into the palm of your hand and massage the stomach in a clockwise direction, the natural direction of digestion in the body
  • Roll onto wrists and other pulse points for temporary relief from nausea
  • Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage feeling relieved and at ease

Do not use essential oils undiluted. If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitis); in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid exposure of applied areas to the sun. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
