How to Use

Suggested Uses

Recommended use: Used topically in aromatherapy to help soothe the effects of stomach discomfort and support healthy digestive function.

Directions:

  • Adults: Add 13-20 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer as needed. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
  • Adults: Add 15-30 drops as needed to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application. Start with the lower dosage and increase if well tolerated and if symptoms persist.
  • Adults: Add 5-8 drops to a full bath. Scatter the drops of the essential oil into a full bath and swish the water gently so that the oil forms a film on the top of it. Alternatively, mix the essential oil with the same amount of shampoo before adding it to the bath.

For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek urgent medical attention or contact a poison control centre. This product is for external use only. Do not take orally. Do not use essential oils undiluted. If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitis) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid exposure of applied areas to the sun. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
