Suggested Uses

• IMMUNE DIFFUSER BLEND: Add 10–15 drops to your diffuser of choice. Less is more; start with the lowest suggested number of drops and add according to your preference. Not for topical application. • IMMUNE GERM & VIRUS FIGHTING REMEDY ROLL-ON: To help relieve symptoms of flu such as colds and coughs: Roll along the throat and chest area as needed. Apply a small dab under the nose and roll along the sinuses as desired. Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage clear and open breathing.
• IMMUNE PERSONAL WELLNESS MIST: With eyes and mouth closed, mist entire face and body as desired while inhaling deeply through the nose. Always shake any mist product well before use. For occasional use only, up to five times per day.
