Huge Disappointment, Does not match Description

"This product does not perform as advertised and is definitely not worth the price. I was told the fragrance would fill a large space, yet even in my walk-in closet—less than 100 sq. ft. —the scent was barely noticeable. The run time is terrible and the battery life is equally disappointing. I went back to the Polo Park store thinking the unit wasn't functioning properly, but the salesperson insisted it was working and refused the return. I was never told at the time of purchase that I would be unable to return or exchange such an expensive product if it failed to perform as represented. Very weak fragrance, poor performance, restrictive return policy and disappointing customer service. I'm now stuck with an expensive product that sits unused. Definitely would not recommend. DO NOT BUY IT"

"This is the best diffuser ever! I cant express how much I love this , the fact that it is waterless makes it incredibly easy to use. it makes my entire 3000 sq foot home smell amazing! I like that I can easily bring it into other rooms because it is cordless! Every one needs to gift their loved ones this device!!!!!!!"

Not worth the price

"Purchased two for our wellness clinic. They definitely do not have a 15hr running time, even in the lower setting with light off. I constantly have to keep turning them back on because they auto-off repeatedly, then die with 5-6hrs. I liked the cordless option so we could move them around and charge them nightly, but unfortunately these will not work for us. I will be returning."

"I own two of these. One for my bedroom and one for my office. For those saying you can’t turn off the light, you indeed can, just read the instruction manual. It creates a lovely scent and I actually use it because I can just click the button and don’t always have to be filling it with water. Will likely buy a couple more."
