Suggested Uses
ALLERGY RELEASE ROLL-ON
Used in aromatherapy to help relieve respiratory conditions such as symptoms associate with allergic rhinitis. Used in aromatherapy to help relieve minor skin irritations.
Directions:
- Adults: Add 10- 25 drops (1 drop= 0.04 ml) to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer as needed. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
- Adults: Add 30-40 drops (1 drop= 0.04 ml) to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application as needed. Start with lower dosage and increase if well tolerated and if symptoms persist.
- Adults: Add 10-15 drops (1 drop= 0.04 ml) to 500 ml of warm water as needed. Mix by shaking in a bottle and soak a piece of material in the mixture. Apply topically using a compress.

Do not use essential oils undiluted. If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause an allergic reaction (e.g., skin rashes, irritation, dermatitis) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. This essential oil is phototoxic, do not expose the applied areas to the sun within 3-4 days after application. Consult a health practitioner for prolonged use, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
