1. SPONSOR: The Saje and Silk & Snow Ultimate Giveaway Canada (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Saje Natural Business, Inc., Unit #600 – 22 East 5th Ave., Vancouver, BC V5T 1G8 (“Saje” or the “Sponsor”). Silk & Snow, 250 Bowie Avenue, Suite 100, Toronto, ON M6E 4Y2 (“Silk & Snow”) is a prize provider. Not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other social media platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of Canada who are the age of majority in the province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, prize provider, their related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, suppliers, partners, prize suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, Giveaway administrators, and any other parties engaged in the development, production or distribution of Giveaway materials and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are ineligible to enter the Giveaway or win a prize. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Rules. Entrants who do not comply with any of these Rules are subject to disqualification by the Sponsor in their sole discretion. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: Giveaway begins on March 25, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PDT and ends on March 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PDT (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s clock will be the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.

4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter this Giveaway, during the Giveaway Period provide your name, country, province or territory of residence, and e-mail address to complete the form available at: https://www.saje.ca/pages/the-ultimate-sleep-giveaway. Limit of one entry per person and per email address. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will result in disqualification. Any attempt or suspected attempt to use robotic, automatic, programmed, or otherwise, illicit means to enter the Giveaway, or any other methods not authorized by these Rules, for example, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, identities, or registrations, all in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, shall be deemed as tampering and may disqualify you from entering, participating and/or winning a prize.

5. PRIZES: There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of the following Saje x Silk & Snow prize bundle:

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize bundle: $522 CAD. Winner assumes any and all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by entering or participating in this Giveaway or use or redemption of a prize. The prize must be accepted as awarded. Neither the prize, nor any portion thereof, can be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers. The Sponsor reserve the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable at time of award.

6. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received before end of the Giveaway Period.

7. WINNER SELECTION: The potential prize winner for the prize will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received prior to end of the Giveaway Period. The potential prize winner will be selected on or about April 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PDT at Unit #600 – 22 East 5th Ave., Vancouver, will be notified thereafter by e-mail, and will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by the Sponsor or their representative by telephone or another means to be specified by the Sponsor to the potential prize winner. The Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within a period of time set out by the Sponsor within the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If required by the Sponsor, the potential prize winner will have to sign and return the Sponsor’s Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) prior to receiving the prize. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he/she has not complied with these Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected by way of random draw and notified as provided above.

Disputes regarding identity of entrant: If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder (the individual assigned to the e-mail address account associated with the entry) as long as such person is otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. An entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder associated with an entry.

Prize delivery: Prizes will be mailed to the confirmed winners at the postal address provided by the winner approximately five (5) days from the date the winner is confirmed. Sponsor is not responsible for any returned or undeliverable prize and such prize will be forfeited.

Acceptance of prize: All prizes must be accepted as described in these Rules and may not, in any case, be in whole or in part transferred to another person or exchanged for another prize or for cash, except as provided by the Rules.

8. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: The winner agrees, as a condition of entering into the Giveaway, to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, the prize provider, their related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, counsel, partners, administrators, suppliers, and each of their respective directors, officers, mandataries, employees, shareholders, successors, sponsor, partners, licensees, subsidiaries, agents, artists, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the administration, development, production, distribution or execution of the

Giveaway (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all manner of action, cause of action, claim or demand, loss or injury, use or misuse of a prize or any travel related thereto, and the use of the entry or information about entrant by the Sponsor consistent with the terms herein, suit, debt, covenant, contract, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach, failure of any third party contractor or supplier used in connection with any aspect of the Giveaway to perform or deliver any goods or services, any act of God or any other event beyond the Released Parties’ control, any dissatisfaction of any kind by a winner with any aspect of the Giveaway or any prize, liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrants, their heirs, successors or assigns have, might have or could have suffered, by reason of or arising out of an entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by the entrant of the prize as awarded; and indemnify the Released Parties and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram) and Twitter against any loss, damage or expense, including legal fees, that any of the Released Parties or Meta Platforms, Inc. or Twitter may suffer or incur in connection with any claim or demand by any third party, including any third party referred to or depicted in any entry, or as a result of any non-compliance by an entrant with any of the Rules or participation in the Giveaway and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by an entrant of a prize and the use of the Giveaway entry by the Sponsor.

The Released Parties disclaim all liability for any of the following that may limit or prevent any entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or that could prevent the selection of the winner: malfunctioning of any computer component, software or communications line; loss or lack of a communications network; and any transmission that is faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible or erased by any computer or network. The Released Parties also disclaim all liability for any damages or loss that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any web page or software or other, and by the transmission of any information related to participation in the Giveaway.

9. PRIVACY AND OTHER CONDITIONS:

By participating in this Giveaway, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their name, address, e-mail address, postal code, telephone number, social media handles, comments and image, whether on videotape, photograph or any other means, and biographical information, all as may be edited, translated or modified in any way by the Sponsor, for the administration of this Giveaway or any publicity carried out by the Sponsors in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policies available at https://www.saje.ca/pages/privacy-pricing-policy.

Law: The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable laws. This Giveaway and these Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the province of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The sole and exclusive forum and venue for any dispute shall be in Vancouver, British Columbia. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes on the prize. Any other costs or expenses not specially identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of winner.

Waivers: By entering, entrants agree that (i) under no circumstance may entrant obtain an award for, and entrant hereby waives all right to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; and (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event will entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees or other legal costs.

Giveaway Rules amendments: The Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Rules, or modify, cancel or suspend this Giveaway, without prior notice for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation in the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupts, or threatens to corrupt, the

security or proper administration of the Giveaway. If this Giveaway is terminated before the designated end date the Sponsor will (if possible) select another winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. 

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, images, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by each of Saje and Silk & Snow, as applicable. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or other intellectual property without the express written consent of the Sponsor is strictly prohibited. 

10. WINNERS’ LIST: A list of the winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Saje x Silk & Snow Giveaway, ATTN: Email Marketing Manager, Saje Natural Business, Inc., Unit #600 – 22 East 5th Ave., Vancouver, BC, Canada V5T 1G8. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Giveaway Period.
