Recommended use: Used topically in aromatherapy to help relieve headaches.
Directions:
- Adults: Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
- Adults: Add 20 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application.
- Adults: Add 2 drops to 500 ml of warm water. Mix by shaking in a bottle and soak a piece of material in the mixture. Apply to forehead using a compress.

Recommended use: Used topically in aromatherapy to alleviate symptoms of mild anxiety such as restlessness and nervousness by inducing relaxation.
Directions:
- Adults: Add 13-20 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer as needed. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
- Adults: Add 60 drops to 10ml of carrier oil for local application to shoulders and back of neck. Start with the lower dosage and increase if well tolerated and if symptoms persist.
- Adults: Add 5-8 drops to a full bath. Scatter the drops of the essential oil into a full bath and swish the water gently so that the oil forms a film on the top of it. Alternatively, mix the essential oil with the same amount of shampoo before adding it to the bath.
