Suggested Uses

• EATER'S DIGEST: Used in aromatherapy to help sooth the effects of stomach discomfort and support healthy digestive function. Apply directly onto stomach as desired and gently massage. You may also roll into the palm of your hand and massage the stomach in a clockwise direction, the natural direction of digestion in the body. Roll onto wrists and other pulse points for temporary relief from nausea. Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage feeling relieved and at ease.
• SUPER DETOX: Used in aromatherapy to help remove accumulated waste products via the kidneys, skin and mucous membranes. Add 35 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application. Add 5 - 8 drops to a full bath, and swish to disperse. Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage feeling restored and refreshed.
• IMMUNE ROLL-ON: To help relieve symptoms of flu such as colds and coughs: Roll along the throat and chest area as needed. Apply a small dab under the nose and roll along the sinuses as desired. Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage clear and open breathing.
