Directions

• Adults (colds/cough relief): Add 3–12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5–10 minutes. Use 1 to 3 times per day.
• Adults (acne): Add 1 drop to 5 ml of carrier oil for local application.
• For acne, cleanse skin thoroughly before applying the product. New Users: Apply (diluted) product to a small area once a day for three days to test if you are sensitive to this product. Start with one application to the affected area daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily, if needed.
• Adults (minor wounds, insect bites): Add 6–7 drops to 5 ml of carrier oil for local application. Clean the affected area, and apply a small (diluted) amount, once daily. Do not use on deep or puncture wounds, animal bites or serious burns.
• Adults (dandruff): Add up to 13 drops of undiluted product with 10 ml of shampoo before application. For maximum benefit, allow for 10 minutes before rinsing and use once daily. Rinse with head tilted back to ensure product does not get into eyes.
• Do not use the product undiluted. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Warnings

For external use only. Do not use • if prone to allergic reactions, eczema, or unusual skin reactions • pregnant or breastfeeding • orally • undiluted • on eyes and mucus membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Stop use if you experience • nausea • dizziness • headache • allergic reaction (e.g., skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitis) • symptoms accompanied by fever, rash, persistent headache, or chronic lung condition; consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen after seven days. Consult a health care practitioner before use if epileptic or asthmatic, or if you have severe acne. Keep out of reach of children. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention, or contact a Poison Control Centre. Avoid exposure of applied area(s) to the sun.
