Suggested Uses

  • SUPER DETOX: Used in aromatherapy to help remove accumulated waste products via the kidneys, skin, and mucous membranes.
  • Add 35 drops to 10ml of carrier oil for local application.
  • Add 5–8 drops to a full bath, and swish to disperse.
  • ENERGY: Used in Aromatherapy to help reduce tension and mental fatigue.
  • Adults: Add 10–25 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5–10 minutes.
  • Do a Saje Breath: roll into the palms of your hands, cup them over your nose and mouth and take 2–3 deep, slow breaths.
  • REFLECTION: Use for enhancing your meditation practice, feeling grounded, and inspiring mindfulness. Apply to all pulse points: behind ears, along neck, wrists, and elbow creases. Apply to palms, rub together, then cup hands over nose and mouth and breathe deeply. For adults 18 and over.
