Suggested Uses

  • Peppermint Twist, Sugar Plum Fairy, and Liquid Sunshine Diffuser Blends: Add 10–15 drops (depending on your preference) to your diffuser.
  • Peppermint Halo Wand: For adults 18 and over: depress tip of wand onto scalp for 1-2 seconds in 8-12 spots. For increased cooling, apply in 15-25 spots.
  • Appreciation Roll-On: For adults 18 and over: apply to palms, rub together, cup hands over nose and mouth and breathe deeply.
  • Deep Breath Nasal Inhaler: For adults 18 and over: hold close to the nostril (or nose) and inhale 2-3 times to feel renewed with clearing eucalyptus, invigorating peppermint and calming lavender. Do not insert directly in the nostril.
  • Peppermint Twist Lips Lip Balm: Apply lip balm as often as desired to help relieve dry or chapped lips.
  • Sugar Plum Fairy Body Butter: Apply to skin as desired. Once opened, this body butter should be used within 6-8 months.
  • Connection Bath Swish: Drop into a full bath and enjoy.
  • Cabin Cozy Candle: Trim wick to 1/4 " before each use. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at one time. Place candle in a draft-free area and on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Radiance Mode Clay Mask: Apply a generous layer to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 10-20 minutes. Remove with water. Use 1-2 times a week or as needed.
  • Relax-O-Ring: Refer to the reflexology chart (enclosed) to determine which finger relates to the organ or energy zone you want to support. Gently and evenly roll the ring up and down each finger for 5-10 minutes, varying your massage time depending on what feels best for you.

Cautions: Keep out of reach of children/not for use on children. If accidentally swallowed, seek urgent care/call poison control. A patch test is recommended for those with sensitive skin. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and skin; if contact occurs, rinse with vegetable oil. Do not use if pregnant/breastfeeding. If allergic reaction occurs (e.g. skin rash, irritation, or dermatitis), stop use and consult a doctor. Contains phototoxic essential oils; do not sun tan/use tanning beds for 3-4 days after use. Avoid with high or low blood pressure.

Cautions: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Centre. If you experience nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction, discontinue use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil.
