Suggested Uses

  • SOLACE: Used in Aromatherapy to help reduce the effects of hot flushes. Roll directly onto the throat, the back of the neck and across the chest to calm and soothe the body. May be used as a fresh and sweet personal fragrance. Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to help you feel emotionally balanced and regulated.
  • PERIOD: Used topically in aromatherapy to help reduce pain associated with menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea), as a nervine/calmative, and to help relieve headaches. Apply to lower abdomen, lower back, hips and thighs to support feelings of balance and comfort. Add 7-12 drops to a full bath and swish to disperse. Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to soothe your mood and ease your mind.
  • GODDESS: Apply to all pulse points: behind ears, along sides of neck, wrists and elbow creases. Do a Saje Breath: apply to your palms, rub them together, and cup your hands over your nose for several deep breaths.
