LIQUID SUNSHINE DIFFUSER BLEND & AROMA OM DIFFUSER

Directions:

  • Fill the diffuser's water tank, being mindful to not exceed the 'max fill' line; exceeding the 'max fill' line may result in malfunction.
  • Add 10–15 drops of Liquid Sunshine Diffuser blend, according to your preference.
  • Replace the diffuser's inner and outer covers, press the 'on' button and breathe in the benefits of nature in your home.

PEPPERMINT HALO

Recommended use: Used topically in aromatherapy to help relieve headaches.

Directions:

  • Adults: Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
  • Adults: Add 20 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application.
  • Adults: Add 2 drops to 500 ml of warm water. Mix by shaking in a bottle and soak a piece of material in the mixture. Apply to forehead using a compress.

For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Do not use essential oils undiluted. If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause an allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, dermatitis) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid exposure of applied areas to the sun. Avoid with high or low blood pressure.
