Suggested Uses

Used in aromatherapy by inhalation to help relieve respiratory conditions such as symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis. 

Recommended dose and duration of use:

• Adults: Add 10-15 drops to water in bowl of a ceramic or pottery diffuser and light candle
• Adults: Add 10-25 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser, car or room diffuser according to manufacturer’s instructions
• Less is more; start with the lowest suggested number of drops and add according to your preference 
• Not for topical application 
• Keep out of reach of children and pets

• For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner
• Our diffuser blends are compatible with all ultrasonic diffusers

May cause allergic reaction (e.g. irritation of the respiratory tract) or nausea, dizziness, headache; in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
