The How-To on the Best Essential Oil Blends for Energy
When it comes to using essential oil blends for energy, how you choose to use them will depend on the type of product you select. For at home use, many of our Community Members prefer our diffuser blends. Simply add 10-15 drops of your favorite uplifting blend to a diffuser of your choice, and let your space be filled with the fresh and invigorating scent of essential oils like mints and citruses. For roll-on blends, try applying to your pulse points like your temples and wrists; feel free to roll-on throughout the day as desired to keep you feeling peppy.
An Invigorating Saje Breath
Our personal favorite way to impact our energy levels naturally is by doing what we call a Saje Breath. Using a roll-on of your choice (like Energy or Quick Study (CAN) / Brainstorm (USA) ), apply product generously to the palm of your hand. Rub hands together briskly to warm and activate the essential oils, create a tent shape with your cupped hands over your nose and mouth and breathe deeply. Inhale through the nose, hold a few seconds, and exhale slowly through the mouth. Repeat 3-5 times as needed to feel refreshed and revitalized.
