INTRODUCING FOUR BRAND NEW LINES OF SKINCARE PRODUCTS
It’s been a long time coming and we are so excited to announce that the wait is finally over! We’re thrilled to announce our brand new line of skin care products, formulated to address skin afflictions and concerns alongside general recommendations for skin types and products we think will benefit your skin the most.
Bringing this brand new line of skin care products to life was a true labor of love as we studied and researched different ingredients and combinations of ingredients to best support healthy, supple and balanced skin.
We know how high a value our Community places on quality, efficacy and transparency of ingredients, which is why we’re so excited to share details about these new skin care products and how we believe they can best be used to meet your skin care needs.
As you’ve come to know and love about all of the products we offer at Saje, we never use any ingredients we believe can be harmful or irritating to the skin, like synthetic preservatives, synthetic and isolated fragrances, parabens, mineral oil, petroleum ingredients, phthalates, silicone, sulphates (SLS/SLES), propylene glycol, PEG-ingredients and more.
We place a high priority on formulating our skin care (and all other products) with clean, sustainable, renewable ingredients derived solely from plants, plant compounds, essential oils and other ingredients readily available in nature.
When we created this brand new line of skin care products, we worked closely with our suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that our formulas would strictly be made from plant-based and nature derived ingredients that are cruelty free and never tested on animals.
We also wanted to ensure that our products were formulated with gender-neutral aromas, names and ingredients to create inclusive skin care products that can be used and enjoyed by all people equally.

SKIN CARE PRODUCTS FOR NORMAL/COMBINATION SKIN
The line of products we’ve formulated for those who identify with having normal/combination skin is called Glow On. Glow On was created to cleanse, balance and hydrate the skin with a fresh, green and herbal aroma. This line contains three specific products for a full daily skin care routine:
Glow On oil cleanser: this is the first time we’re introducing an oil cleanser as part of our skin care assortment, and we can’t wait for you to try it! Glow On is blended with plant squalane derived from fermented cane sugar to provide non-oily hydration, parsley seed oil for a fresh, green aroma and to help cleanse and tone the skin and elemi essential oil to promote a youthful glow and to help protect skin from the elements. This oil cleanser can be used as a primary facial cleanser or as step 1 in a double cleanse skin care routine.
Glow On moisturizer: this light, non-greasy and easily absorbed moisturizer is perfect for oil balancing, hydrating and renewing normal/combination skin types. It’s been formulated with antioxidant-rich raspberry seed oil to nourish and protect, shea nut butter to soothe dryness and replenish the skin’s moisture barrier and petitgrain essential oil which acts as a barrier-protective antioxidant for the skin.
Glow On face oil: our nutrient-dense face oil is perfect for hydrating and protecting normal/combination skin types and is intended for use as the final step in a skin care routine, after moisturizer. Blended with camelina and argan oil to soften and provide suppleness to the skin, this formula also includes parsley seed and elemi essential oils for smoothness and toning properties.
With all of our face oils, we recommend dispensing 3-5 drops and using a patting technique by applying a few drops of the face oil to the hands, rubbing into the palms and patting onto the chest, neck and face in an upwards motion, offering healthy blood flow and gentle massage to the skin.
SKIN CARE PRODUCTS FOR SENSITIVE SKIN
The line of products we’ve formulated for those who identify with having sensitive skin is called Calm-O-Mile. Calm-O-Mile was created to cleanse & hydrate sensitive skin and to help reduce the appearance of redness with a slightly sweet, herbal, delicate and floral aroma. This line contains three specific products for a full daily skin care routine:
Calm-O-Mile gel cleanser: we chose a foaming gel cleanser for our sensitive skin care line of products to help support skin that feels balanced and soothed with a non-drying and non-stripping finish. Calm-O-Mile is blended with skin regulating and non-oily jojoba oil to mirror the skin’s natural sebum, aloe vera juice to soothe and soften sensitive skin and blue chamomile essential oil, best known for its deeply soothing and calming properties.
Calm-O-Mile moisturizer: this gentle, soothing and non-irritating moisturizer is perfect for those seeking a balancing blend to help reduce the appearance of redness and relieves itching due to dryness. Calm-O-Mile has been formulated with calendula oil, best known for being a great support to skin's natural ability to heal, apricot kernel oil which is known for being mild and supportive to sensitive skin and roman chamomile essential oil which offers anti-inflammatory benefits by soothing redness and the appearance of rosacea.
Calm-O-Mile face oil: our gentle and balancing face oil is perfect for soothing and supporting sensitive or irritated skin types and is intended for use as the final step in a skin care routine, after moisturizer. Blended with evening primrose and camellia seed oil, antioxidant rich and high in vitamins A and B to nourish skin cells and improve the appearance of skin’s elasticity, this formula also includes blue chamomile and roman chamomile to restore moisture to depleted skin.
SKIN CARE PRODUCTS FOR DRY/MATURE SKIN
The line of products we’ve formulated for those who identify with having dry/mature skin is called True Dew. True Dew was created to rejuvenate and hydrate dry/mature skin and to help combat skin-related effects of aging with a fresh, floral, herbal and rose-like aroma. This line contains three specific products for a full daily skin care routine:
True Dew cream cleanser: we chose a cream cleanser for our dry/mature skin line of products to help support skin that feels deeply nourished and richly moisturized. True Dew is blended with rich avocado oil to remove makeup and dirt while leaving skin hydrated and soft, coconut oil, hydrating and proven effective at removing makeup and impurities from the skin gently and rose otto essential oil, best known for its ability to smooth the visible signs of aging and to protect from emotional and environmental stress.
True Dew moisturizer: our richest and most deeply nourishing moisturizer, True Dew is perfect for those seeking deep hydration and for combatting skin-related effects of aging. It’s been formulated with nature-derived hyaluronic acid produced through fermentation, which can attract 1,000 times its weight in water to provide temporary hydration and softness to the skin, rosehip oil, the most abundant source of linoleic acid, phenolic acids and antioxidants for protections against oxidative stress and rose otto essential oil, which is skin renewing and helps visibly hydrate skin to lock in moisture.
True Dew face oil: our rich and restorative face oil is perfect for rejuvenating the skin, locking in moisture and helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and is intended for use as the final step in a skin care routine, after moisturizer. Blended with pomegranate seed oil and prickly pear seed oil to hydrate, prevent skin damage and support the appearance of lifted and firm skin, this formula also includes rose otto essential oil to nurture and renew and helichrysum, a precious essential oil sometimes referred to as Immortal best known for its potent, naturally anti-inflammatory properties and because of its skin renewing benefits.
SKIN CARE PRODUCTS FOR OILY/ACNE-PRONE SKIN
The line of products we’ve formulated for those who identify with having oily/acne prone skin is called Claritea. Claritea was created to gently cleanse and hydrate while helping to support fresh, clear skin with an herbal, camphorous and medicinal-clean aroma. This line contains three specific products for a full daily skin care routine:
Claritea gel cleanser: we chose a gel cleanser for our oily/acne prone skin line of products to help encourage purified, toned and balanced skin that doesn’t feel tight or dry post-cleanse. Claritea is blended with non-oily and absorbent jojoba oil to help skin stay hydrated and balanced, plant squalane for non-oily hydration and tea tree essential oil, best known for its naturally cleansing properties that physically offers a cooling and soothing sensation when applied to irritated skin.
Claritea toner: this clarifying, tonifying and purifying toning mist was formulated to soothe, balance, reduce excess oil and promote skin’s natural rejuvenation after cleansing. Blended with liquid mineral salts called alum, these salts act as a skin toner, helping remove lingering traces of dirt, oil and makeup. This formula also contains tea tree essential oil to support clear, radiant skin and juniper berry essential oil which supports acne prone skin in feeling cleansed, clear, fresh and renewed. After cleansing, mist face 3-5 times with eyes and mouth closed and follow with moisturizer.
Claritea moisturizer: our toning, balancing and non-drying moisturizer, Claritea is perfect for acne/blemish prone and oily skin types looking to add moisture while clarifying and revealing clear, fresh and balanced skin. It’s been formulated with camelina seed oil, high in omega-3 content which promotes soothing of the skin, apricot kernel oil which is mild and suitable for all skin types, as well as tea tree essential oil to cool and soothe the skin and myrtle essential oil, best known for its natural cleansing ability, supporting fresh, clear skin.
SKIN CARE PRODUCTS FOR ALL SKIN TYPES TO ENJOY
In addition to the skin type specific product lines we’ve introduced above, we’ve also added two new products to our skin care collection for all skin types to enjoy and benefit from.
Detox Mode clay face mask: this toning and balancing clay face mask is perfect for those seeking a treatment product that is purifying, helps to reduce the appearance of pore size and helps to remove impurities from the skin. Suitable for most skin types, some of the key ingredients in Detox Mode are as follows:
Kaolin Clay: this clay composed primarily of the mineral kaolinite, is generally known to be mildly absorptive and provides gentle cleansing without being drying. It’s also known to tone, gently exfoliate, and protect the skin.
Bamboo Charcoal Powder: made from bamboo and activated charcoal, this powder is widely used in cosmetics to absorb and draw away oil, dirt, and other impurities from the skin.
Frankincense essential oil: with many species to choose from, we use serrata for its skin renewing properties, as it is known to be soothing for the skin and mind and beneficial in the reduction of the appearance of redness and dryness on the skin.
Benzoin essential oil: known to calm and ground, it’s also an excellent addition to skin care products. Due to its thickness, a mask base is the perfect medium to hold this essential oil and its many benefits; traditionally it has been used to support skin healing and to reduce the appearance of inflammation.
Strong Balm lash & nail: this multi-use product is perfect for strengthening, softening and repairing the delicate skin and areas of the body like the lashes, eyebrows and nails/cuticles, and is suitable for all skin types. Its wax-like texture is soft, smooth and applies easily to areas of the body you’re looking to restore moisture. Blended with nourishing, restorative calendula to support the skin’s natural ability to heal and beeswax to soften skin and help reduce water loss, it also includes sandalwood essential oil to support chapped or damaged skin and myrrh essential oil to support skin healing and soothing.
