How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping charges are automatically calculated during your online shopping and will vary depending on the purchase amount, the destination of the parcel, and the size of the order. At the checkout page your shipping method will default for you, showing you what your shipping costs will be for your order.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  At Saje we would like the opportunity to assist you with any product challenges you are having before we proceed with a return or refund.  Please contact our customer service department at 1 (877) ASK-SAJE.  Otherwise, if you wish to return a product that was purchased through mail order please send the item back to us at:

Please include a copy of your receipt/invoice as well as the reason for the return.  We will contact you for further information if we require it.   
I received the wrong product.
  If you have received the wrong product in your shipment please contact customer service at 1 (877) ASK-SAJE within 72 hours of receiving your parcel.
What is your return policy?
  We are pleased to offer a 100% customer satisfaction return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Saje purchase we will exchange or refund it for 100% of your purchase price when accompanied by a sales receipt. In the event that you are returning a gift item or a product for which you don't have a receipt we will gladly offer an in-store credit or gift card for the value of the product you are returning.
When will my order ship?
  Saje currently ships mail order once per week. Orders are shipped in the priority sequence in which they are received. Depending on the number of orders in queue your order will be processed within 3 - 5 business days from the time that it is received and shipped in that or the upcoming week. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
