What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% happy with one of our products, please let us know immediately. We will do our best to help determine why the product does not work for you. Sometimes products will not work properly because the application is unclear. If after speaking with us you are still unhappy with the product and would like to return it we will refund 100% of the product purchase price when accompanied by a receipt. If the item was a gift or if there is no receipt we will gladly offer a product credit. What are your accepted payment methods? We currently accept Visa & Mastercard. We can also arrange for shipment upon receipt of Cheque or Money Order. Please contact us for more details on these payment options.Are the prices in CAD or USD? The prices we have on the website are in CAD (Canadian Dollars) for Canadian Customers and USD (US Dollars) for US and International Customers.

How much is shipping?

Your shipping costs will vary upon the destination and the amount and/or weight of your order. Rates are programmed into the site and your fees will be shown to you at the time of checkout. Do you ship outside Canada? Yes, we ship anywhere in the world! Can you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes, though we ask that you also provide a civic address as well, when applicable. Please also ensure your Saje products are not sitting in high heat or freezing temperatures for any length of time. How long will my shipping take? Shipping will be fulfilled by regular Canadian and U.S. Mail Service. Delivery times will vary greatly depending upon the distance traveled. Please see our Shipping guidelines under the "Help" section of the site for more information about shipping time lines.
 
Do you ship Back Ordered items?

Saje does not currently ship back ordered items. If any products are not available at the time of your shipment we will ship what is available and invite you to RE-ORDER out of stock items in the future.
